An asset management service is provided by our directly employed maintenance team. We provide a tailor-made, operational support service to improve and maintain the day-to-day running of property assets.

Our Helpdesk provides telephone advice and efficient follow-up service from a member of the D G GREEN & SONS team. This provides a 24-hour a day, 365 days-a-year response maintenance service.
Emergencies and breakdowns can occur within any building and have serious consequences on day‐to‐day operations. D G GREEN & SONS provides a swift, reliable service for the restoration of essential services helping to minimise the risk and disruption of your business.
An On-Call worker with immediate access to at least one of our Managers who, in a crisis has authority to make major decisions, will respond urgently to all matters referred to him.
Our Staff are allocated to these positions via a rota which is drawn up by the Registered Manager
Choosing Our Call Out Service
We understand that building relationships with our clients is essential in providing effective maintenance cover. Pivotal to this aim is ease of communication.
We offer a Helpdesk Service, together with engineers, managers and specialist subcontractors, who can deliver an immediate, round-the-clock response.
We believe in a ‘can do’ attitude and work closely with our clients to meet their needs. We can create a bespoke maintenance package to suit the requirements of your budget and business.
Skip Hire Service
A skip service is now available. All our skips are returned to a licensed materials recovery facility for processing. You can be assured all waste is disposed responsibly and legally.
We are committed to reducing waste going to landfill through recycling and sustainable waste management. Recovery rates are over 92%.

Masonry Hole Coring
We now specialise in precision Diamond Core Drilling. We are equipped to provide this service to commercial, domestic and industrial sectors. This includes drilling penetrations for plumbing/heating pipes, ventilation ducts, and stitch drilling (e.g. creating openings for cable trays).
We are able to core through granite, stone, brickwork and reinforced concrete. Our diamond-tipped core barrels currently range from 8mm to 300mm in size.
We can drill using water to cool down the diamond tips which suppresses dust thereby creating a safer environment to work in. However, if dry drilling is required, we also have the necessary equipment to do so.
Premium Graded Topsoil
We are now suppliers of Quality Screened Topsoil. Our soil is carefully sourced and transported to our facility where it is screened for the best product. This general purpose economy topsoil is ideal for garden landscaping and making up levels.
Useful in all areas of your garden, from under turf to flower beds and anything in between. It is ¾” screened and kept undercover.
Our Premium Graded topsoil is available to buy in either 1000kgs bulk bags or loose. It may be collected ex-yard or a same day delivery service is provided.
