Belfast City Hall is located in the heart of the city centre. It is where citizens register births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships. Visitors can take a tour of the building, admire the public art and enjoy refreshments at the Bobbin Coffee Shop.
In the grounds, you can visit the Titanic Memorial Gardens, picnic on the lawns, view The Big Screen, or enjoy seeing the civic building lit up at night.
Over the years, we have carried out numerous works inside and outside Belfast’s City Hall.
Works have included cutting out access doorways, general building attendances and civil engineering works to facilitate the new LED lighting system installed to reduce energy costs at the same time as enabling the historic City Hall to be lit up in a variety of colours and combinations.
