This Project included the demolition and dismantling of commercial units, containing Asbestos, of what formerly had been a Hire Centre Yard. Works were carried out to extend the existing car forecourt.
The forecourt refurbishment involved the installation of all storm drainage before beginning the surfacing works carried out to BS 594-2:1992 standards.
In addition, all civil engineering works were carried out to facilitate newly-fitted services including lighting columns, electronic barriers, car parking bollards, and CCTV installations.
Phase 2 involved the complete renovation of SERE’s Head Office at the Boucher Road site including all mechanical and electrical Installations.
